I finally had the chance to check out Limerick Pub last night. I went to watch the Cowboys and Redskins game. I had seen on their Facebook page that they were having specials for the game, including $3 beers and $5 appetizers.
The place was not too crowded, but had a nice atmosphere. Most people were at the bar watching the game. We grabbed a table and ordered some beers. They had a pretty nice selection of bottles and draft beers.
For food, we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and the Old Bay chicken wings. I was not crazy about the spinach and artichoke dip. It did not come out with enough chips and a lot of the chips were soggy. The Old Bay wings were good, though. Just the right amount of seasoning.
Even though the food did not blow me away I loved this place. I will definitely come back with friends for some drinks and to give their entrees a try.
